Sunland Group is de-listed from the ASX
On 30 October 2023 Sunland Group Limited was removed from the ASX Official List (de-listed) following approval by its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2023. The Notice of Meeting contains information regarding the de-listing of the Group and can be viewed from the ASX Announcements drop down menu below. Broker sponsored HIN numbers will therefore be cancelled and replaced with a SRN Sponsor Holding Statement.
Sunland Group is now an “unlisted disclosing entity” under the Corporations Act and is subject to continuous disclosure obligations set out in section 675 of the Corporations Act, and which are similar to that of a listed entity. Sunland Group will continue to disclose material matters through its web site. Following removal from the Official List, shareholders are unable to trade their shares on the ASX. Sunland will not be providing any platform for shareholders to buy and sell Sunland shares and accordingly will only be able to trade their shares by off market, private transactions.
The Sunland Group share price on final close before de-listing was $0.073. Directors are unable to advise shareholders of the market price for any shares held. Shareholders may choose to use the Group’s latest financial report to determine the net tangible asset value for the shares, or otherwise consult with their financial advisor. Receiving Shareholder Communications
Sunland Group encourages shareholders to make the switch to paperless communications. If you haven’t already, please opt for paperless communications through our Share registry’s website here. Through the registry, shareholders can elect how they wish to receive documents (including annual reports, notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) by:
- Making a standing election to receive documents in physical or electronic form;
- Making a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
- Electing to receive the annual report in electronic form only.
If at any time you require an additional physical or electronic copy of a document, or you need more information about the options available to you, please contact
