Civil works have commenced on Sunland Group's new master planned community in Mount Annan, Montaine Residences. The 5.5-hectare site, adjacent to Mount Annan Marketplace on Main Street, will be developed in stages over the next 18-24 months to deliver a master planned neighbourhood of large three and four-bedroom plus study duplexes and terrace homes, and expansive open green spaces.

Sunland Group’s $240 million luxury lakefront apartment development in Mermaid Waters, The Lanes Residences, has received formal planning approval by Gold Coast City Council. Early works have already commenced, with two tower cranes installed on site and more than 300 jobs expected to be created as the four sculptural buildings rise from the ground.
